Please review the following booking information and policies before confirming your appointment.
BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
A $50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Booking deposits are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS
Wedding dates are secured upon receipt of a booking deposit.
Any changes to bridal party numbers, locations or timings must be communicated as early as possible.
TRAVEL & PARKING
Travel is charged at $1.30 per kilometre for the return journey.
Any additional parking fees are payable by the client.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
MAKEUP TRIALS
Bridal trials are recommended to ensure your desired look is perfected before your special day.
BRIDAL SCHEDULING & COMPLETION TIMES
Makeup services are charged per person, not by the hour.
Bridal schedules are carefully planned with additional time allowed for unexpected delays. As every bridal party is different, makeup may be completed one or two hours earlier than scheduled, or right on time.
The agreed finishing time is an estimated latest completion time, not a guaranteed duration of attendance.
Once all booked makeup services are complete, I will depart, as I often have other bookings scheduled.
Please ensure your wedding planner, hairstylist and other vendors are aware of these arrangements.
