Q. Are my lashes really reusable?
A. Yes they certainly are! Lana Renee lashes are crafted to last much longer than traditional synthetic lashes, but how much you can really get out of your lashes is dependent on how you treat them! Tutorial coming soon.
Q. How do I apply my lashes?
A. Carefully peel off the mink lashes from the plastic tray, you can use your nails or tweezers. Hold lashes at one of the outer ends (hold the lash BAND) to prevent damage to the lashes. Before applying the glue, hold one lash strip up to your eye to see if the size fits. You want the lash band to be slightly shorter than your natural lash line, to prevent the lash band from poking the inner corner of the eye. If necessary, trim the lashes from the outer end then apply a thin layer of glue. Wait 2-3 minutes for the glue to become tacky. Look down and place the center of the mink lash as close to your natural lash line as possible. Gently tap down each side with your fingers or applicator and wait for the glue to set. Touch up your eyeliner for the finishing touch! Don’t worry if you don’t get it right the first time. Just practice and you’ll be a master in no time!
Q. Do Lana Renee Lashes come with glue?
A. Lana Renee lashes do not come with glue, but it will be available in the near future.
Q. How do I remove my lashes and can I sleep in them?
A. You can use some makeup-remover on a cotton tip if you have sensitive eyes and gently dab it along the lash line, this will help to dissolve the glue. Then, softly peel off the lash strip. Avoid makeup-removers that contain oil or alcohol, because frequent usage can dissolve the glue that holds the individual mink hairs at the lash band. We strongly discourage going to bed while still wearing your lashes. Mink hair lashes are very delicate and should be handled with care. Sleeping with lashes on can damage the strip lashes.
