What is the process to secure you for my wedding date?
A. I require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold any date and the remaining amount will be due on, or before your wedding day. I accept cash, bank transfer, and I also have eftpos. I recommend having a trial to be sure your makeup lasts all day and also to make sure you don’t react to any products I use.
Do you travel to me and to the wedding? If so, what do you charge for travel?
A. Yes! I travel to you for the wedding day, this makes it more convenient for you, and we will be in the comfort of your own home or location for the wedding day. Cost of travel will vary depending on location but travel starts from $1 per km return. Discounts may be applied for bridal parties of 8 or more.
How far in advance should I book a makeup artist?
A. I would recommend booking your makeup artist as soon as you get engaged and decide on your wedding date. Wedding planning can be super stressful. I have been in the industry for a long time and in my opinion, photography, hair and makeup are the most important things to book as 1. We book out up two years in advance and 2. Your photos are what you will look back on for the rest of your life. You want quality hair and makeup that will look amazing in all your photos / videos.
Can I hire you for partial makeup services? I.e just eyes, or just face?
A. Yes, I offer eye makeup only as I understand some people don’t like foundation or have a particular type they prefer to use.
How long does makeup application take? And do you offer makeup services for other members of the bridal party?
A. Makeup applications are scheduled for around 30 - 45 minutes. I normally allow extra time for weddings in case anyone is running late or for clients with watery eyes etc… I do however run on a strict time schedule as I generally book back to back throughout the day. I’m super flexible and I work fast, I have done bridal parties of 10 in under 5 hours, I prefer to work alone however I’m very flexible.
Why are false eyelashes necessary and can I opt out of using them?
A. In my opinion, false eyelashes complete a full makeup look. It is the finishing touch that adds that extra glam and sparkle to any look whether it be natural or dramatic. If you wear lash extensions, you may opt-out of having additional false lashes applied however natural lashes are complimentary, I also have my own range of mink lashes at an additional cost.
How long will the makeup last? And what brands do you use?
A. The makeup will last all day without needing any touch-ups with the exception of lips (due to eating/drinking etc). As a professional makeup artist, I am able to apply and set your makeup ensuring that it lasts all day and night. I only use the best products that I've personally had experiences with myself to ensure their performance is up to quality. The main brands that I use in my kit are MAC, Hourglass, Inglot, Smashbox, Urban Decay, Morphe, Becca and Tarte.

I am not sure what makeup look I want on my special day, can you help?
A. Yes absolutely! I suggest you begin looking through social media and finding several make-up photos that you like, at your bridal trial, I will create a look based on what you like that will suit you, I'll also help you identify and accentuate your most flattering features to reveal your natural beauty. It can be daunting trying to find a look that you want, but I promise the process will be painless.
